Our popular Bat Walks and Bluebell Walks will be returning this April.
We are running two bat walks towards the end of April, as the bats are beginning to get active after their hibernation, and before the nights get too light. These will be night time walks and bat detectors will be provided to give you the best chance to locate the bats around the woods.
April is also the time that Saltwells' famous English bluebells make an appearance within the woods. We are offering six guided walks, taking you to the sections in the woods where they are at their best and providing further information about this protected native species.
